new to here. Bought points, but will not go onto the VIPTV account

Not sure where im going wrong, can anyone give me any guidance. My viptv account is showing up as having no F$. In the friendvista home page it says i have 10F$. I paid 24hrs ago, but still cannot get it into viptv.

Go into your account - located at the top of the VIPTV page and, if you haven't already, go to "Exchange $F". You need to convert them to points to use them on the site. Hope that helps.
