acquiring 30-day VIP viewing

Hi-I just bought 30F$ in an effort to renew my 30-day membership and the links to acquire VIP service are not working on either safari or firefox.  What to do?

Which part isn't working?  Here's a link to the exchange page.  Is it when you click on "exchange now" that you're having a problem?
