i've tried 3 shows, one free and none of them will connect...  they get to 57% or 79% but they won't come up all the way...  and i've lost 6 points -- like i said, one was supposed to be FREE!!!

Are you opening your own Real Player?  To do so, right cick on the initial pop up RP & select play in Real Player or theater mode.  This will enable you to see how far the show has loaded and if there is a problem, you can just stop & restart the episode - including dragging the bar to where you were in your viewing.  

You have 24 hours & 30 clicks per episode, so please try the suggestions and let us know if that helps.  Also, if you continue to have issues, please name the show/s & episode/s you are trying to view so one of the mods can check it for you.
