Have tried both servers and still get no visual, only audio. Other shows work ok. Can this be fixed? Thanks

I've checked this and it works on both servers. This sometimes happens when your realplayer session is hung in the background. Shut down and restart your computer. Make sure to watch in Realplayer mode too.
