Has anyone experienced that when a tv series is not streaming,  points still come off of your account ?It has happened to me numerous times and Vista has replaced the points to some degree but
it is occuring too often such as 4x today.  

I am not able to view shows currently , is anyone else having the same problem ?

Can you explain exactly what is happening?  Are you getting a "stream not found" error?  Are the shows just not loading at all?  Points are deducted automatically when you click on an episode (other than free ones).  You have 30 clicks per 24 hours on any episode without being charged again.  You need to be more specific when posting an issue - what show/season/episodes are you trying to watch?  Are you watching on the regular site - if so, which server - or the mobile site?  Which browser are you using, and which version of it?  All of these things play a part in our being able to assist you.
