It might not just be six feet under, but other programs kept on the same server as 6 feet under.
There are a few things you could do to solve it...try emptying temporary data from inside real player, or waiting for the program to load up on pause before you watch it.
Also, try watching an episode on the other continant's servers (if you are watching in the U.S, try the EU ones, or vice versa) as traffic might be significantly lower.
