I saw you posted this same question in several forums. That is not necessary, and I have deleted the others.
We've had several members come upon this error message. I know it's highly unlikely you have clicked on any episode 500 times. The limit was put in place as a protection from attacks by hackers. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until the system resets, which is usually 23:99 GMT.

Any chance another member of your family has an account that you could borrow? I know how sucky it is to be stuck in sick & not be able to watch what you want while you have some time.
