Is the problem happening on every show you try to watch or just certain ones? I don't have an iPad, but it seems to be streaming alright on my iPod Touch. If it's happening on all shows, I'll ask one of the mods with access to an iPad to check it out.
Also, I'm curious as to what you mean by the changes to the streaming system? I am not aware of any changes to the mobile site (other than the initial testing) since it was launched.
