Hi,
I chose to watch Family Guy Season 7. Episode 3. When the screen came up it had the words Invalid Video and the arrow that indicates where one is in the video went from start to finish in about a second. I returned to my viewing history to see if this program had been considered viewed by vip.tv and it had been. I hope that this will be corrected.

it happens just try again on a different server

When this happens do not close the window. just click the realplayer icon on the bottom right. Choose to play in either theater or realplayer mode and you can hit stop and play from those windows until video starts. You can do this over and over without being charged. This happens when the server gets a busy, so if after trying my trick to the point of fustration try as Bala suggested, a different server. Sorry for the inconvience.
