Thanks! Although at this point, since it's just one episode and a free one at that, I personally wouldn't mind if the quality lacked a little. on VIP site when the live cs button is lit up in blue if you click that you should get a person to talk to. Depending on traffic and your connection this can take a few minutes. Also tou can PM the Administration here on friendvista, but because of their work load unless it is an emergency you may not hear back right away.
