I just tried that episode and it is loading fine.  Are you sure you have enough ponts?  If so, just try again.  You get 30 atempts within a 24 hour period to watch an episode.

EDIT:  apparently it was a server crash, but everything seems back to normal now.

I think the server was down because i had the same problem along with everyone else
