Hi i was wondering if you can help, when watching it seems to take ages to stream, some times it can take up to 2 hours to watch a 40min episode my internet speed is pretty descent and i have used this service for years and not really experienced this, just wondering if this a short term issue and what i can do to incream streaming time

Hmm, it's not a site issue. I just watched a show and it loaded very quickly. Is it possible that your ISP started throttling bandwidth at certain times of day? That can slow things down immensely.

One idea that seems to help me, which I got from one of our members, is to use the pop-up window for viewing. I find that it seems to load a good deal faster than the regular window.

For the last two or three days the European Server has been a bit slow, so I used the American one and it was as fast as usual - this is always the best thing to try, I think.

Your lucky every time i try EU server for past few days i keep getting stream not found and US server works fine

Yes but you didn't understand my comment every time i try episode doesn't work i get message stream not found -Your saying you are able actually watch an episode on EU server but loading slow. There's a difference

Oh, I see, but I can't watch episodes on the EU server, it loads until it says: no connection possible - so we are both poor little lambs...

I'm having the same issue with the EU server. Something must be up.

Update: the EU server is working fine for me at the moment

Edit: it's off again...  Fortunately the US server is working fine
