Spy Premieres on Sky One on October 14, 2011

SPY is the story of Tim, a single father trying to win back the respect and affections of his horribly precocious nine year old son, Marcus. In the hope of proving that he is not a complete loser, Tim quits his dead-end job but his life changes forever when he is accidentally recruited as a trainee spy for MI5.

Supervising Tim at work is irrepressible MI5 boss, The Examiner, who teaches the recruits his own unorthodox approach to the espionage game.
Adding to the chaos of Tim's life are his acidic ex-wife, Judith, her enthusiastic new boyfriend Philip and his anti-social friend Chris.

And romance may be on the cards for Tim in the form of fellow spy Caitlin provided she can let her guard down long enough, or perhaps if he's really unlucky he may fall into the web of psychopathic obsessive social worker, Paula.

It's hard to believe Tim was accidentally recruited as a trainee spy considering how clumsy he is but the way his exam went was amusing

Tim falling off the scaffolding and landing on the other guy was amusing and the smoke grenade was a great effect but making the news was a bad thing considering he works for MI5 and it's supposed to be a secret

Tim fine-tuning his computer hacking skills at work was interesting but changing Marcus's school grades to teach him a lesson was bound to backfire

I had a feeling that Marcus's book club was a front for something else when he refused Tim when he wanted to join but who would of thought it was a casino style gambling club and Tim getting the wrong idea about his invitation to Caitlin's was amusing

Tim's dodgy deal with The Examiner almost cost him his job and Marcus being saved from the school bullies by a girl was amusing

What a bizarre custody hearing but Paula's Tim tattoo was amusing and Tim's feeling for Caitlin backfired when her boyfriend Portis returned

Marcus having to go head-to-head with Nicholas for the school President just to impress a girl was bizarre as it looked like he fell at the first debate

Elaine making a move on Tim was a little quick but with her once being in the Witness Protection Programme could lead to trouble but running out on her when she went to the toilet was amusing

Tim taking Marcus to work with him was crazy as he works for MI5 but I would of liked to of seen how he disarmed the guy to get out the cell

Caitlin and Tim being asked to take part in a recruitment video was amusing but the makeover to cover their real identity was impressive and I was surprised how good he was at the television quiz until we found out Chris was helping him but getting the last question right all on his own was great

Tim being pushed off the roof by Caitlin was amusing but trust his ex wife Judith to be at the bottom and finding out he works for the secret service was unfortunate but it was a good job she receives a blow to the head and believing that she's still married to Tim but his boss wanting to kill her was amusing

Marcus getting revenge on Alan by turning the school into a sweatshop but The Examiner helping him when he got out of his depth was great and the Director fancying Portis was amusing
