Since you asked for help I'm going to give it you mate, the trick to this game stay at the top and clean the birds but when bird are coming at top you move it down but not too down otherwise you will hit the bird coming at the lower level,  once the bird on top go you move back up and keep doing that. Try bonus protection that really helps you.
