problems not getting episodes to load losing points
Recently I have had more and more problems watching episodes. Several times I try to open an episode and it comes up with an error message that the stream is not available. But I am getting charged for it! It isn't every episode, so I am not sure why I am getting charged when it never plays. What recourse do I have?
