My account was locked because PayPal  is retarded and are doing some random security thing and stopped my payment. From what I can see it is all fixed now but my VIPTV.com account is still locked. HELP!!!

lol Yeah as long as it's fixed before the next episode of torchwood is on I think I can cope. I think it is because my paypal account was never fully verified and then I typed in the wrong password. But at least its done now and once this is fixed I shouldn't have anymore problems with it
