You can understand why Oliver refused to kill Malcolm in return for Thea's cure and Malcolm refusing to surrender to Nyssa was predictable but Oliver taking Nyssa place in the fight against Malcolm had a surprising outcome, The Calculator being Felicity's father was interesting

It's a good job Quentin was with Laurel in the car when he was sent into a trap but trying to shield his new girlfriend Donna from the truth wasn't going to be enough and Damien stopping at nothing to guarantee his wife's rise to power was over the top, Curtis's gift for Felicity was surprising and lets hope it works
