VIP TV for Iphone

I love the mobile version of VIPTV and I use it on my Ipad and just install it on my Iphone but when I try to log in I have an error message saying my password is invalid !!! But obviously I type in the same password used on my computer or on my Ipad !!! It is really irritating! Can you please help ?

I read in another post that if you have two devises logged in at the same IP address there might be a problem
