The Millers stars Will Arnett as Nathan Miller, a recently divorced local roving news reporter looking forward to living the singles’ life until his parents’ marital problems unexpectedly derail his plans. After Nathan finally breaks the news of his divorce to his parents, Carol and Tom, his father is inspired to follow suit and stuns the family when he leaves his wife of 43 years. Already in shock, Jack is even more aghast when his meddlesome mom decides to move in with him. Meanwhile, his absent-minded dad imposes upon Nathan’s sister, Debbie, her husband Adam and their daughter Mykayla. Nathan’s best friend and news cameraman, Ray, was excited to be Nathan’s wingman in the dating scene, but Carol manages to even cramp his style. Now, as Nathan and his sister settle in with their truly impossible parents, they both wonder just how long the aggravating adjustment period is going to last.

You just knew Nathan would get the blame for his parents separation after 43 years all because he had a divorce himself but having to listen to them arguing about their sex life was disturbing

Well Nathan had no choice but to tell them but his dad wanting divorce his mother for a number of years and her guilty tripping him into staying married was rather amusing. .

Carol buying five funeral plots was bizarre but because of the two divorces she was trying to rearrange the family's positions which was amusing

Well another good episode with her telling family they bought burial plots next to each other was taking being a family a little too far but how she manipulated everyone back was rather amusing.

Tom getting his new phone app to call him gorgeous was amusing

The way Carol found out that Nathan was seeing a therapist was rather ingenious and amusing but reading the therapist's notes was over stepping the mark

You can understand why Nathan and Debbie were furious after discovering Carol lied about what happened to their pet parrot but after having the bird back it turned out she was right to give the bird away

Carol searching the internet for a way to explain to the kids about the divorce was amusing as the kids were hoping they would get back together just to get them out their homes

Carol thinking Nathan has never had the sex talk was crazy as he's 42 but talking about the birds and the bees after sending Beth home was amusing

Nathan helping Carol set up her profile on an Internet dating site was interesting but pretending to be Carol with one of her potential suitors was a bed idea
