Kirstie Premiered on TV Land on December 04, 2013

Kirstie revolves around Madison "Maddie" Banks, a renowned Broadway star who finds her life turned upside down when Arlo (Petersen), the son she gave up at birth, suddenly appears hoping to connect after his adoptive parents have died. However, Maddie doesn't exactly see nerdy and schlubby Arlo fitting in with her luxurious lifestyle. But when Maddie's assistant and best friend, Thelma (Perlman), and outlandish driver Frank (Richards) encourage her to give Arlo a chance, Maddie is shocked to find that perhaps she has motherly instincts after all.

I'm not surprised Maddie sprayed Arlo when he approached her telling her he's her son but checking the birth mark on his ass was amusing and her speech on stage was nice

Asking Brittany to record an old woman's to replace his mothers voice she accidentally recorded over was amusing as they had to resort to blackmail but lying about being mugged when she was late was wrong

I cant believe Maddie threw away a perfectly good cake because she was trying to make up for all Arlo's lost birthdays and his karaoke singing was impressive but pushing him towards a singing career was over the top

Arlo springing a surprise guest on Maddie was interesting as it was her mother played by Cloris Leachman but telling him she was the reason Maddie gave him up for adoption was surprising

Kathy Griffin moving into the penthouse across the hall was interesting as Arlo was infatuated with her and Maddie hiring Kathy's chef was amusing as she was a terrible cook

Who would of thought Maddie firing the stage-hand Mickey played by John Travolta would turn into a one night stand but then she can't get rid of him which was amusing

Maddie asking Brittany to deflower Arlo after finding out he's a virgin was surprising but the plan backfiring when Arlo said he's fallen in love with her was incredible

Finding out Maddie actually stole the real Madison Banks audition was a surprise but getting revenge on her old nemesis by kidnapping Frank was amusing

Frank admitting he doesn't think Maddie will get a Tony nomination after accidentally taking a truth drug was awkward but you can understand why she was furious with Frank and the story of how they meet him was unbelievable
