Will still talking on his phone while actually talking to Ian face to face was amusing and everyone looked relieved when the presentation lost signal at the boring meeting but Simon wanting a paper document from Ian was bizarre as Ian's job is to prepare the BBC for the digital age

Ian not being able to put his point of view before his live interview with Jenni Murray on Women's hour was ridiculous and sending Will to reception to meet Clare Balding was a bad idea as he was supposed to delay her so they could get Carol Vorderman out of the building

Will's habit of talking over people is annoying as it looks like he's not listening so asking him to put 400 letters in the right envelop was a bad idea and Ian's salary coming under scrutiny from the press didn't help

Will still getting it wrong after starting again with the letters was unbelievable and I'm not surprised Ian is unhappy about taking a pay cut but bleeping over the amount was amusing
