Another medical drama i know but this one diffident what if you had a bad day and you decided you just didn't care any more and you are save a kid without realising his dad a Gang lord. What if he tells you now his son's recover is your responsibility  and if anything happens something will happen to your family .

That's what the first couple episodes explore .

The kid going missing at other hospital certainly put that other nurse in danger it's good thing he was able to find him before they decided to take action and Gretchen is become rather trick character if she keep make his life complicated but it look she made a mess

Yep she accidentally knocked the abusive boyfriend out and need John's help but John has appointment drug lord guys and so he has meet them but is forced meet the drug lord himself and he makes it's clear he has no choice.

The problem with Royal pains was there no plan past 3rd season and it kept getting renewed.
