Hi.  I just wasted more than a few points to try and open up shows I have been watching on viptv.net - the sound is not working AT ALL.  lease fix and I hope I get some credits back as this happened to me once before.  Thanks.

Which shows were trying to watch? I just tested a few random popular shows, and had no issues with the sound. Are you sure you had the volume turned on? I know it sounds like a stupid question, but I've forgotten to check that in the past and wondered why the sound wasn't working.
