Shows error loading media file could not be played. Tried to watch on ipad.

Same thing happening to me. Just bought points and now can’t watch, there is a jwplayer coming up and the video jumps straight to the end / appears as if it’s just a few seconds long. Everything worked just a few hours ago, before I bought new points. Hope it gets fixed soon.  Thanks

Bones series

Hi,  there is no sound on the following Bones episodes while watching on iPad: season 9, ep 23 and 24, the whole season 10, season 11, episodes 1 through 12. Hope you fix it soon. Cheers
