Lost pts? Send a PM to lbjedward and got lost pts back

If you couldn't send a PM from the link in post #1, just go to PM (at the top of the page), and put lbjedward (feel free to copy & paste the name so it is correct) in the "to" box, put "lost points" in the subject line, then explain what you lost points on. All members in good standing (ie: not banned) are able to send PMs to Admin. Hope that helps.

Simply posting in this thread will not get you a reimbursement. Post #1 clearly states that you need to send a PM to lbjedward (our site Admin) with this information.

Did you actually READ post #1? Posting in this thread is not how to seek reimbursement. You need to send a PM to our site admin. The direct link is in post #1. You might also check out this post for some suggestions on what to do when you get the "stream not found" message.

Codebreaker is correct. You must follow the instructions in post #1 in order to receive any reimbursement. Also, the "blue flag" indicates the server in Europe, but any member can use either server. Currently, Dexter 8x04 is only working on the US server. Episode 8x01 seems to be working on the EU server, but it runs quite slowly at this time of day. Now that you've found the forum, I encourage you to have a look around, especially in the tops threads of the Newcomer Guidance Board, as you will find some helpful tips there.

The post you replied to is from 2009. We had a glitch in our PM system back then where, if someone ticked the "save to inbox" (now no longer an option), their message would ONLY be sent to their inbox, rather than whoever the intended recipient was.

Definitely follow codebreaker's suggestion to email the site Admin. He's the only one able to access your account on the viptv site in order to check and/or fix any anomalies.

Jim is correct. You need to change your password, or make sure you log out after using the site. It is up to each member to make sure their account is secure, as Admin can't tell which shows you clicked on personally.

I don't think it's possible for Admin to see where a program is viewed from. Since you have given someone else permission to use your account, is it possible that they did not log out properly, leaving it possible for someone else to use the account without permission? It is the responsibility of every member to keep their log in information secure. I'm not sure there is anything Admin can do in this kind of situation.

You'll need to send a PM to LBJ (as post #1 states) in order to receive reimbursement. Bala reported the issue today, so I've just added the show to the Error Report grid. I've given you some forum points for reporting the issue as well. I also removed your other comment in the show comment forum, as it was the exact same as this post.
